Terms and Conditions: Micron Space Tech

Thank you for considering Micron Space Tech for your IT software solutions. By using our Services & Consultations, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any of our services.
Liability Disclaimer:
Micron Space Tech shall not be held liable for any misuse of the products delivered to clients. The core technology will not be provided to clients without prior written approval from both parties. If clients wish to purchase technology or any products from Micron Space Tech, the cost will be determined after project completion. After selling the product and core technology, Micron Space Tech will not be responsible for any changes, maintenance, or errors due to external tampering. Additional charges for maintenance post-sale will be decided mutually in writing.
Valid communication related to technology and products requires adherence to clauses mentioned in the agreement or approved emails from higher authorities of Micron Space Tech.
Important Note:
Clients are strictly prohibited from selling products or materials provided by Micron Space Tech to others without written permission. Violation of this condition will result in immediate suspension of all services without any financial liability or losses to Micron Space Tech.
In case of disputes between clients and their customers, Micron Space Tech shall not be held liable for any concerns or financial losses incurred by any third-party company or individual.
Micron Space Tech will not be responsible for any payments made to the bank account of any other company.
Quotations and Estimates:
All quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations not accepted within this timeframe must be re-issued.
Quoted prices do not include Goods and Services Tax, unless indicated otherwise.
Micron Space Tech reserves the right to suspend services or quotations at any time without prior notice.
Payment Terms & Intellectual Property:
Quotations require a 25% deposit upon acceptance.
Final payment is strictly due within 10 days after the date of completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any payment clearing or transaction charges are solely the client's responsibility.
Micron Space Tech will commence work on the quoted application only after deposited funds have cleared.
Services will not be provided if the client delays payment for more than 10 days after the final installation or project/module completion.
Maintenance beyond the 12-month period is subject to Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC), calculated as 50% of the original development cost of the Project/Module.
The AMC percentage is determined by Micron Space Tech, based on required efforts and work, and may vary annually.
The recurring/renewal amount for the Database and Storage is subject to change based on market rates.
All source code and associated intellectual property developed by Micron Space Tech remain the property of Micron Space Tech, unless specific code licenses are issued in writing.
Website Contents:
Clients must ensure that the content adheres to all current Indian legislation regarding publication.
Micron Space Tech may refuse to include any material supplied by the client if deemed inappropriate or offensive.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the application's content is displayed and formatted as required. Micron Space Tech may offer formatting services at its current hourly rate.
Refund and Cancellations:
Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds are not applicable for app or web development, or maintenance fees.
The minimum cancellation fee shall be 70% of the signed quotation.
Micron Space Tech will determine whether a payment is refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Permissions and Copyrights:
The client must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities for the use of material supplied to Micron Space Tech.
No responsibility will be accepted by Micron Space Tech for damages or losses incurred by the client from the use of material without appropriate permissions or authority.
Errors and Liabilities:
Micron Space Tech will correct errors made by its staff in the quoted application.
Micron Space Tech does not accept responsibility for losses or damages arising from errors within any application.
Micron Space Tech does not accept responsibility for errors, damages, losses, or costs related to third-party products used to complete the quoted application.
Alterations:
Any alterations requested by the client after development has begun will incur extra development and regression testing time.
Micron Space Tech will not accept responsibility for alterations performed by the client or any third party that induce errors within the quoted application.
Completion of Work:
Timeframes offered by Micron Space Tech are estimates, and software development's nature may not permit definite deadlines.
Micron Space Tech will endeavor to complete work within estimated timeframes but will not be liable for any penalties or hardships incurred if the application cannot be delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Payment must be made in full before the release of any finished work.
The quoted application remains the property of Micron Space Tech until all obligations are fulfilled.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Micron Space Tech reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Continued use of our Services & Consultations following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
